Philip Glass Three Cities Film Series

Sunday, February 27th, March 13th, March 20th, & April 4th

About The Film Series:

The short films feature some of the foremost interpreters of Philip's music, including Philip himself, performing a selection of his most iconic works. Captured by Four/Ten Media, the films are set in cities chosen for special significance to Philip and a developmental period in his life: Baltimore where Philip spent his youth; Chicago, where he studied at the University of Chicago; and New York City, where his artistic maturity took root.

About The Post Series Discussion with Ira Glass + Nico Muhly on Monday, April 4th:

The Chicago & New York Screening Pass also includes a conversation with NPR's Ira Glass and composer Nico Muhly, a performer on this project. Guided by the questions of current music students, they will speak on Philip Glass, this project, and the vocation of modern classical musicians.
