Famous worldwide for a unique voice in music, the All Souls Orchestra celebrates 50 years of pioneering musical worship at their annual flagship event, Prom Praise, finally returning to its longstanding residency at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Prom Praise is an annual event which fuses popular classical and contemporary styles and musicians for an evening of world-class worship and praise. For the first time, Prom Praise will be broadcast online across the globe from the UK’s favourite concert hall, joining audiences from around the world to celebrate this special occasion together.
Under the leadership of Principal conductor, Michael Andrews, the Orchestra’s distinctively eclectic sound of praise and worship is brought to life this year with an impressive line-up of guest artists, including contemporary hymn-writers Keith and Kristyn Getty (the author of the much-loved hymn, ‘In Christ Alone’), worship leader and songwriter Graham Kendrick, MOBO award winning rapper Guvna B performing a brand new spoken-word piece for the event, rising solo artist Lucy Grimble, Royal Opera House soprano Sarah-Jane Lewis, concert pianist Maria Marchant and, returning to the Royal Albert Hall stage, founder of All Souls Orchestra, Conductor Emeritus Noël Tredinnick BEM.
